cost-plus options
Cost-plus is offered as an option whereas the Client will pay direct for all materials and other services as specified saving them the extra cost of mark-ups typically charged. We supply full planning and assistance in procuring them however as part of our contract. A cost plus contract gives you more flexibility in what you might want to manage yourself or have contractor provide with the savings passed on to you. A added benefit is total transparency on exactly what you are paying for
